The future of blogging is hot magenta (aka fuchsia).

…
The future of blogging is hot magenta.
What the heck does that mean?!
The future of blogging is all about unlocking your potential (and mine), building consensus and driving positive change in our world – that includes you, me, and, maybe, everyone else.
…
The future of blogging is hot magenta.
It is an inexhaustible mission and opportunity.
…
The future of blogging is hot magenta.
That doesn’t mean blogging is easy.
Or that you’ll conquer the world, dethrone tyrants and oligarchs, or make money.
Or hit the ball out of the park – one out of 100 times. Or one out of 1000.
…
But anyone who says that blogging is dead or dying, they are lacking.
That doesn’t mean the question shouldn’t be asked – every so often.
But those who rush to the answer that blogging is dead, you will know that they have no heart. Nor hope. Nor do they love.
Know that they lack the heart to be the hero, the leader, the brother (or sistah) and the good neighbor… that each of us is meant to be.

Thanks to Jayme Soulati and Jon Buscali for inspiring this blog post. Listen to the podcast that inspired my thoughts here, here.
You’re so good to listen to our rantings, Stan. I went off on a tangent and wanted to encourage every single blogger to stay the course and keep on.
When an A-lister says there’s no future in blogging, it’s because he or she has yet to understand his own pathway to further success. What’s the next goal? Where’s the next challenge?
It’s wrong to think that someone ahead of the pack should spoil it for thousands behind him. It’s been a fascinating discussion; Jon and I didn’t nail it with any hard-hitting solutions, either.
Thanks for sayin’ and all the hat tips. XO
You just nailed it.
The future of blogging is a deep rich cyan. The reason I say that is that the future holds untold mystery. I love the hot magenta too. Vibrant, alive, dripping with passion.
Nicely done. Jon’s podcast has been on the agenda for a few days. I am heading over there now-ish. Thanks Stan.
Jon and Jayme rocked it! And I like cyan too. [grin]
I might smell like I’m dead, but I’m still a playa……blogging is like networking to me and I do like to network. I try to be genuinely interested and aware of what’s going on in my community around me, so as long as my peeps will let me hang around I plan on being here.
That’s my story….
Nothing rank or file about you Bill. You got a handle on this blogging thing, you show up, and you give life to the party.
You got two thumbs up from me.
